He is risen!
Today Jesus proved once and for all that He really did have power over death like He said He did.
We really can believe in life after death.
We really can believe heaven is real.
After the sadness of Friday and the sad suspension of silent Saturday,
today we have the Easter reality that we can really and truly live happily every after.
It’s not a fairy tale.
It’s real.
It can be your happy ending. Oh, please let it be your happy ending.
Let Jesus pay for your sins.
Trust Him.
If God were to ask you, “Why should I let you into heaven,” what would you say?
If you answer, “A good life” then you are trusting in yourself.
If you answer, “A good life and Jesus,” then you are still partially trusting in yourself.
If you answer with the name of another god or person, neither of those died for your sins and rose again.
Let this Easter be a celebration of your assurance of salvation.
I want you in heaven with me.

He is R I S E N! No guilt in life, no fear in death. You will have me in Heaven with you. I am eternally grateful.
Ah, so thankful we will never say good-bye, but for a blink of an eye in time.
